After delivering a child my stomach has become more biger as she didn't wear belt after delivery. Since before also she has extra weight in the stomach. Now I want to reduce the size of the belly but inspite of giving a request to do some excercise, she is not interested to do any excercise though earlier she was athelete. So suggest me how can i find out what is inside and how to reduce the size even by using some medicene.

Mainly in office hour morning and evening, it is very pathetic on all the road. Every nook & corner is jam. Waiting to cross one traffic for 10mins - 1Hrs sometime. I saw one reason is the road is small and other problem is every car (big or small) is an individual car private car. Why always car? Why not a bus or even car why not with at least with office colleague so that the road space may be spare? Why not the car be taken out on alternate day from garage? Is it very necessary that an individual should travel in a car in Delhi everyday? Or shall we also give some space face the traffic problem everyday?
