Yamaha Alba in Delhi (For only Indian people)?
Dear all, even though many claim that in small engine section Yamaha Alba is good, I hardly see this bike on road. What really is the reason of saying that this bike is good. Why Hero Honda & Bajaj are the only one seen in the street? Hope your sincere reply as I am planning to pick one small cc bike shortly. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Yamaha does not have efficient service centres in India. Hero Honda has been the most dominant player of the Indian two-wheeler market. Of course, its the best company. You would still find a 20 year old Hero Honda CD100 running on the roads. It has excellent quality which cannot be matched by Bajaj or TVS or Yamaha(India). The looks are also not appealing though.
Hero Honda is a company of proven repute. People won't take chances with a foreign company.
Availability of spares is also a major concern.

Going for HH or Honda or Bajaj is better because they would be more fuel efficient than yamaha bikes and Yamaha doesnt have good service network as well.
