1&1/2 yrs old son cannot have solid food.?

my son who is 1&1/2 years old did not have solid for more than two to three spoon. When try to feed him more he just vomit it out again. He prefer to drink lots of water. He also drink milk frequently but he cant have solid food. At present we are giving Perinom-to control the vomiting. Will be glad if u can help me. Thanks in advance for your valuable suggestion.

    Immediately consult an ENT specialist and if so advised by him, an oncologist. I am not being alarmist, but it is better not to take a chance.
