Mellonta tauta: Meaning in English?

Edgar Allen Poe entitled one of his short stories, "Mellonta Tauta." What is the meaning of this Greek phrase in English?

    "Mellona Tauta" = "Things of the Future"

    I've just found that "Mellonta Tauta" are two Greek words meaning "Things of the Future." Derived from Eureka literature.
