park it in the lawn and chalk paint these magic words:
FOR SALE
under that chalk the mileage and any upgrades(new tires, power windows "loaded" etc.)

You could try to find a consignment dealer to sell it for you. What they do is you place the car on their lot and they sell it for you, and keep for themselves a percentage of the car sale price. They can usually demand a higher price for the car than a private seller as well. Which means in the long run you may get more money out of the car. Good luck!

Sell it to a dealership.
Seeing as practically everything has moved to using the internet....to blatantly claim that you prefer not to do it this way....is more or less shooting yourself in the foot.
It's like saying you want to buy groceries, but don't want to go to the grocery store...
