http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VW0dhh_Aj6A
watch this and say what he did wasnt that bad, and before anyone says anything stupid yes i have seen a dog after he was in a dog fightwell awhile after he was in one some one i know bought a dog from one but didnt fight him and you know what it was one of the friendliest dogs iv ever seen it was scarred up pretty bad yet it looked so happy to be around people who didnt do this garbage to him
something to lighten the mood yet still shows what a jackass vick is
i never said i dont think people who killed people shouldnt be punished Ray Lewis shoulda done way more time, Leonard Little should of done way more time, and hopefully Stallworth gets the maximum sentence, your arguments are horrible because someone is against vick he is ok with killing ppl? no because no one supports those players and rightfully so but ppl do support vick
and obviously id choose my dogs die over a family member, but that argument is pointless also because vick wasnt in a decision were it was dogs or humans and one was going to die.
and he should have gotten a longer sentence if he was any one else he would have gotten a much longer sentence
still waiting for a good argument
omg stop it with the murderers get away with less i already said im pissed about how easy ppl who have killed ppl get off easy as far as im concerned you kill someone you kill someone
little should have gotten life and Stallworth should get life
Mike i agree with you about the drowning puppies thing people who do that are just lazy morons who wont take the time to simply go hand out the puppies to people there will always be someone to take them, and for the hunting argument i dont hunt never have never will but atleast in most cases to my knowledge the animals dont suffer as iv said iv actually seen what a dog looks like afterwards and trust me they have suffered... but atleast you made a good argument
btw a man in alabama got 102 years for dog fighting yet vick gets two years

FREE VICK! He has served his time. I bet if you served your time you would feel the same way as vick. Also give the guy a break He have been in jail for 2 years, lost all of his money, and has been ridiculed by the media. Also its just a damn dog. Yeah dogs are living things and I do not in any way support what he did but the life of a dog is not equal to the life of a human. There are murderers that have killed people but have gotten off the hook. And if he still does stupid **** like this again then he can burn in hell for all I care.

The thing to understand is that what Vick did was wrong. I do not support Vick in any way. He did wrong and he has been punished for it. What I don't get is why many still talk about this as if he wasn't punished for it. I don't condone his behavior but we really need to move on from this. He did it, he was found guilty, and that's all there is to it. He shouldn't be allowed to play in the NFL again, but at the same time, he should be forgiven and this case should be let go. What he did was terrible but it makes no sense to keep talking about this. Dog fighting is wrong, but talking about this only makes things worse in the sense that it doesn't add to anything. He did it, we can't change that, now we should move forward.

*sigh*
The treatment of animals is NOT the issue here. If it were, hunters would be sent to prison for drowning their puppies who can't hunt (gunshy, deaf, etc). I grew up in the south and in high school I rescued a beagle that I found on the side of the road in the middle of absolutely rural southern Virginia. It was 7am with a layer of frost on the ground and no houses/buildings for 20 miles, and the dog was chewing at a dead deer in the ditch. I took the dog to a vet that day instead of going to school. The vet said that the dog was about one year old and, judging by the windburn and damage to his feet pads, had been outside for over a week.
Unfortunately, the same happens countless times every deer/duck season. What's the difference between drowning a litter of gunshy beagle puppies and training a dog to fight? Simple -- white people hunt, black people dog fight.
The individual prosecution of Michael Vick went unquestionably beyond the standard procedure for a case of animal cruelty. Here's the real irony: I found the dog in Southampton County, the same County that prosecuted Vick.
Honestly, posting a graphic video of animal maltreatment (I assume that's what the youtube link shows, I certainly didn't access it) only shows that you've missed the larger, systemic issue. It's definitely not a matter of the "friendliness" of the dog, nor is a comparison to murder at all appropriate.

Ok, I agree what he did was very wrong, and he deserved the time he got. What I don't understand is when a player kills a person, why doesn't anyone care. I'm just going to be blunt and say that a human life is more important than a dog life. Yeah ***** at me all you want you freak dog lovers, but if you had to choose your dog over someone in your family... who would you choose? If you say the dog, you're sick and should be put in a mental institute. You don't think these murderers knew what they were doing when they killed people just like Vick did with the dogs? Even when you kill someone by drunk driving you're still making the choice to drink when you know you have to drive. The only reason this is bigger news than it should've been was because all of these psycho dog lovers think it's worse than the Holocaust. These PETA idiots go to the extreme to try to make a statement when in reality they make themselves look like bigger @$$holes each time. Bottom line, he served his time, I'm ready to forgive him. He deserves a second chance. What he did was a terrible moral and illegal crime, but he deserves a second chance like the people who murdered people do.

What he did was bad.And he served his time for it.People beat up people, go to jail for it, and come back.and guess what? They don't beat up people anymore.I think a year in prison sorted him out.But i bet you've never been in prison, and still think he's the devil.
I find it sad that that you feel this deeply about something not concerning or affecting you at all.Maybe you should care about your personal problems then Vick coming back to the NFl.
I watched the video by the way.

Amen brother!
The only people supporting Vick are the same black racists that were cheering for O.J. to get away. Mike above is a perfect example. To try compare dog toture killing, illegal gambling and drug dealing to someone putting a sick puppy to sleep is the stuff of racist retards!
Vick is a dangerous sociopath. Ted Bundy and most other serial killers started with animal torture.
Source(s): Vick caught the break of a lifetime when thay allowed him to plead out for only two years when they had him dead for RICO charges that carry 20 years!
