Sensa diet... Have you heard of it?

Has anyone tried this "diet" system? I am trying to loose some weight and I plan on exercising and eating a little better but I just want something to give it a little boost. What do ya'll think?

My impression is that Sensa is a glorified diet pill so perhaps it is no good.

Perhaps you can find some useful information in a web search for "twice a day cereal diet".

My wife and I have been using the stuff for a few months now and are very pleased with the stuff. It is not FAST weight loss but it has been consistent. The only complaint we have had is that we paid too much for the stuff and wish we ordered it off the blog listed below. They had a link for a free offer and even with the add on months, it was by far the cheapest way to get the stuff.

What I discovered is that it really is not a diet. Every time in the past I have gone on a diet I always fetl like I was deprived of the foods I really enjoy. With Sensa there is no restriction, you just do not want to eat as much of the food. This is not to say I always eat poorly, I just don't eat as much food now. It is like I am learning portion control.

I have heard some people say Sensa is just a placebo that only works in my mind, but I do not care. It is working, and that is all that matters to me.

I am trying it. And I don't know yet..... it's been just one week. I am enjoying the fact it's not a "diet" , it's a helper only. I think it makes a difference with a healthy diet and exercise. Nothing is easy! It's not a free pass to eat everything we want as much as we want, NO! We need to pay attention as much as in weight watchers, just a lot better, without having to count calories or weighting food or counting watever.....

I am enjoying the fact i am adopting a new lifestyle, a healthyier one, without any chemicals. It's a trial, if it doesn't work for you in six months, at least, gain of weight would be improbable if you follow the rules.

    good luck!
