What's a good jpeg viewer that I can download for free? jpeg/bmp/everything?

I just basically want to view photos and am looking for a program to do that. Something easy to use but good perhaps? I already have nero photosnap viewer and I don't really like using Windows picture viewer. Nero is nice to use but is there another one out there?

    First, for a program as complex as Photoshop, you probably won't get an program that's free and as good. Having said that, GIMP is probably the most popular free photo editor currently out there. btw, torrents are your friend. If your not comfortable with that, try katzforum (or similar). If your not comfortable with that try GIMP.
