    Denny Hamlin: everyday is race day, even on the freeway.

    Tony Stewart: slow drivers were going too slow so he bumped them out of the way. also distration while driving, eating (i stole this one from another Nascar YA answer, sorry, i couldn't resist.

    Michael Waltrip: Hit and Run

    Dale Earnhardt Jr.: slurd southern speech, officer thought Jr was drunk.

    Kurt Busch, and Kyle Busch: brotherly love gone bad.

    E. Sadler - Arrested for having too many hunting dogs in his pack lol.

    If I saw Michael Waltrip in the back of a police car I would think he would be arrested for theft. Caught with Jack Roush's track bar.

    Resisting arrest and endangerment.

    Driver would think cop was trying to race him, driver would take off like a bat outta hell...cop would pursue driver in high speed chase.

    Kyle of course..he'd race anyone, anything, any time.
