No. Terrorists try to terrorize the public into forcing policy changes. Conservatives seem to fit this definition more with all of their gloom and doom talk about Obama's policies. You can argue that liberalism is a form of socialism, but that's a far cry from terrorism.

-Universal health care is not Socialist, its humane. There are hundreds of people, including myself, who do not have health care. The amount of money someone has should not be the determination factor if they live or die.

-Spending is how you get out of this recession putting money back and fixing the problems. WWII brought us out of the great depression because we did massive spending.
