picking best answers?

♥ Hi there, please follow these simple procedures when you want to choose a best answer to your question.

→ Ask a question

→ Check the question after 4-5 hours after you asked it and see the answers given

→ If you see an answer that helped answer your question correctly and you like it, you can pick it as best answer

→ To do this, you will find that a blue button will have appeared after 4 hours saying “choose as Best Answer”, click that button

→ On the page that loads up after, you get the chance to rate that answer from 1 to 5 and write a comment on that answer.

♥ Alternatively, you could extend the expiration time if the answers you got did not help/ if you did not get any answers

♥ To do this, look below the question where it says “edit” and hover your mouse through it and click the option that says “extend expiration” which will extend it by a few days longer

You have to do it within a certain timeframe.

YOURS/OPEN: 4-5 hours after posting, buttons to pick Best Answers will show up. Select a Best Answer before 4 days and earn 3 points. After 4 days, if you don't, the question 'expires' and goes to voting (see below).

OTHERS/IN VOTING: Click ANSWER in the center over green bar, or a category on the LEFT. Click the VOTE tab at the top far right of the list. Pick a question, vote on an answer. Get 1 point. Anybody at any level can vote for Best Answers

u dont have to be a certain level. if u ask the question, u just come back to it after about a day and there will be a button under each answer. then u just pick which one is the best. to rate any answer, u must be a level 2 but to rate the best answer to a question u asked, u rate it and comment on it when u click the button to the answer u pick. hope this helps!! :)

You need to wait for 4 hours after you submit the question and then go back to the question, you will have a blue tab under each answer, "select as best answer", click the tab on the answer you consider to be the best. Rate the answer 1-5 stars, add a comment if you wish, click submit, you're done. 3 points back.

To vote for undecided questions.

Click "VOTE" on any Category. Pick a question, click on the question to open it. Select the answer you think is best. Click on "Vote as Best Answer". You have gained 1 point
