Help with a bird in hot climate?

Would it be bad to have a bird in a room that is about 85-90 degrees?

with a fan blowing?

Update:

no no no!! haha I have her in my room but i am wondering if she can go in an outside room with no AC. the outside temp her gets at MOST 100.

    My question is why do you ask? I feel this is a situation now. Watch the bird. If it becomes breathless, it could be a problem if the bird is panting or is sitting with wings hung down. Put a wet towel over the cage and with the fan it will cool it's air. Keep the towel moist. Put ice in it's water or cold water if you have no ice. If the bird is not showing signs of distress like panting or wings hung down you are ok.

    you can put ice in the water if its panting but make shore that the fan isn't blowing directly into the cage cos it might give it chills.
