I would suggest using Chrome or Firefox. Much faster, easier and simpler.

Well if you ask me I would say none of them is better and I have explanation for that too!
A browser is good when it has these features
1. Good user interface,
2. Supports good image view
3. Downloads all required plugins automatically
4. Communicates well with the user and tells him how to solve a solution
5. Must be compatible with all languages like HTML and JavaScript
6. Loads fast on start up
Unfortunately IE7 , IE8 or IE9 (may be one day that will come too :)) offers only 1/3 of all these features.
If you ask me as a professional blogger I would highly recommend you to use Mozilla Firefox Browser which is best in every sense. YOu will discover several new things with Mozilla , its undoubtly a beautiful Cyber Adventure
Go and download it now -> http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
Let me tell you I am just a blogger and not at all associated with Mozilla.

You should just go away from explorer because it is slow and has got very few features, get Safari or Firefox because their about 100 times the speed of explorer. :)
