Do any of Nigeria's problems today have roots in imperialism? No. Nigeria was governed best when the British ruled the place.

Not really- unless you count the very existence of Nigeria as a "source of problems"
Simply put- most of Nigerias problems arise from the tribal and religious divisions as well as corruption. Were it not for the British imperialists who insisted on creating one country out of this patchwork, the same conflicts would still have occurred- but as "international" instead of "domestic" problems
