Can black accordian drainage pipe be painted?

We have it attached to the downspouts and most of it is buried, but the part above ground is very noticeable and ugly.

    Should be able to if you use a paint made for plastic I think Krylon makes such a product but there may also be other brands

    Clean pipe, use good water based primer and paint.
