i can't download adobe flash player?

everytime i try it says please close firefox, when its already closed, i dont understand lol ,someone please help me.

    Download flash player directly from adobe (follow instructions):

    First uninstall any existing flash player you may have in add/remove programs in control panel.

    you need to stop the process in your task manager. ctrl, alt,del go to processes and close firefox and that should allow adobe to download. Hope this helps!

    download the installer and save it to your desktop, then exit out of all firefox apps, then run the install
