Do they teach in drivers ed the proper speed to merge and exit freeways?

Yes they do and they will teach you a lot more so that you can avoid these idiots........

yep i almost ran over some fool the other day he stop to look at cars... they dont teach anyone how to drive on freeway i think since i drive it all day long working on cars on road side so we leave it here when getting one freeway you speed up to match speeds of other car turn on yourt signal and merge getting off you turn on your signal pull over then slow down you drive right hand lane if your just getting on or off you drive in center or middle lanes once you get up to speed or wish to drive a speed and you pass in the left hand lane... and driver ed should be taught a year before or more than a few weeks should be a class like math where im from it driver ed and heatlth class never got into a car and i had my license when i took my class they didnt teach much at all about rules of the road but mostly was on drunk driving andf like road signs and laws which you should follow but really everyone knows it has little to do with real driving and moving with flow
