You point on vacations is not a point at all. Most companies have and do give a weeks vacation after a certain amount of service time. It's called a 'perk'. So it's been happening for years. This is addition to sick time. While some people do take sick time because they do not want to work. I think the majority of people take it because .....does happen. Maybe that's why you use sick time.but it's not that way for the majority.

figures grayson would come out with something like that...well my friend, look at it this way, this is another way of getting around the union thing going on right now which gets them in the back door. we have too many politicians trying and thinking about the european model which doesn't seem to be working all that well since right here in central fla. we have a huge influx of them due to their governments intrusion in their lives over there. believe me, i know, i've talked to a lot of them via my work and job and the above is just one of the reasons they come over here. the left has been trying for over 60 years to get to this stage and it appears they will stop at nothing now until they accomplish their version of the european model of utopia !!!

The business sector has managed to survive gobs and gobs of other regulations. I am sure that, no matter how UNWISE the law may be, the business sector can survive this regulation too.
