Are there any computer brands that have customer service centers in the USA?
Not that I am prejudiced, I just want to be sure we can easily understand the people we talk to on help lines if we need them. Service is a huge part of a computer purchase to me, and I want to be able to rely on and understand the techs.

They all should but ask them to speak to a higher level(level 2, level 3, etc.) if you want someone that you can understand and want your problem solved fast.
