Canon ELPH SD790 IS Battery Question...?
I just bought a Canon PowerShot SD790 ELPH camera and it comes with a lithium ion battery. I just want to know if I need to wait for the battery to be exhausted before charging it? For instance, I am going on a trip and plan to take lots of pictures during the day. Can I charge the battery at night (even if it is not dead) so that it will not die the next day while I'm out and about?

Your battery Li-ion you can charge anytime you want ! because it does not have a memory like the other, you can charge your battery overnight ( actually it needs only 2-3 hrs) do not buy new battery or spare because it cost an arm and a leg, consider only when your camera 's battery is dead
