Would this be a fair trade?

Im the only one in my work money league with baseball experience and thats still only a year so I do not want to take advantage of other people, I want to play fair. That said I need saves bad, the kid im looking to trade for has Fuentes, Rivera and Soria. I am looking to shop Aaron Hill, would Aaron Hill for any one of those guys straight up be fair? If not what else would I have to offer, my lineup is

McCann, Teixeira, Utley, Cantu, Jose Reyes, Inge, Matt Kemp, Adam Dunn, Markakis, Fukudome, Michael Bourn, Aaron Hill, Chipper Jones, Ryan Ludwick(DL).

Greinke, Wainwright, Chamberlain, Vazquez, Buehrle, Porcello, Edwin Jackson, Cole Hamels, Fransisco Cordero, Kevin Gregg, Ryan Franklin

He is pretty weak in pitching, he has DeRosa at 2nd base right now, but is middle of the line in outfield so if I gave up Hill to him he could move DeRosa to OF to take Jones' spot.

His outfield is Holliday, BJ Upton, Adam Jones, Jack Cust, Curtis Graderson.

His rotation is Rivera, Fuentes, Aardsma, Soria(DL), Matt Cain, Max Scherzer, Randy Johnson, de la Rosa, Volstad, Justin Vargas, Sonnanstine

Would something like

Rivera and Jones for Hill, Gregg,and Buehrle be good? Or maybe I throw in Bourn to get him some steals and make it a 4-2?
