i need a photo editing program that has the option to chane my sharpness a free one please thanks?

    I use 2 programs, Paint .NET (similar to PhotoShop but FREE , plugins available online to do anything you want and then some, easy to use if you know about graphics software) IrfanView (free, user friendly, free)

    GIMP also free but I personally don't use it.
