Cole slaw and potato salad are the norm. If you are worried about food safety ( I don't, the food doesn't last that long at by BBQ ) Cole slaw with Italian dressing potato salad too. No mayo to worry about.

Bean salad.Take different color beans( Garbanza,kidney,blk eyed----all can)--- wash them fr 5 mins after opening frm the can.Use mustard oil after mixing them all together in a bowl. Salt n pepper up to taste.Celantro and tomato diced to garnish. Max 10 mins to prepare. Tastes great.

just wash some salad leaves, add italian dressing, then add apple and pear and pecan chunks
