Chinese Democracy good or bad?

He has shown that scaring off all the original members and having a revolving door of musicians that occured over a period of 15+ years doesn't mean you'll come up with a classic.

Chinese Democracy has a few good tunes but overall I didn't care for it. It would have been better if he treated it as a solo disc and not as a "Guns N Roses" album. Cause its really not.

His FU attitude is still alive but its pointed at his fans.

It's good but it's just different from every other Guns N Roses album. Maybe it's because Axel is the only original member still left in the band. I'd take Appetite For Destruction any day over Chinese Democracy and yet who wouldn't?

Sucks. It should have been a solo album. Axl is the only original member of the band in Guns N Roses. Guns N Roses is only good with the original band members.

I think he has completely lost that ability. That whole album seemed like he was trying to get back his old FU attitude he had in the 80s but it's just not there anymore. And that made for a very boring album.

I think it's more of an AXL Rose album rather than a GNR . It's okay , but it definitely doesn't compare to the old GNR albums

Bad, it shouldn't be under the name of Guns N' Roses, it should be Axl's Solo project.

chinese democracy is a piece of **** and a waste of 15 years

not so great like appetite or use ur illusion...........dont except any guitar solos like slash.......however there are couple of nice songs - Madagascar and Better........overall not a great album.......if you are a the original gnr fan...i dont recommend it......

and its not a gnr album....there is no slash, duff, izzy, gilby clark or steven adler

My dad said it sucked. I don't listen to them personally, though.
