I'm not a Libra woman, but I am a Libra male with Cap Rising.
I have a huge attraction to Capricorns, Virgos, and Leos. I don't think your ascendant as anything to do with it. Check your Descendant. My descendant is Cancer so that would explain better for why I'm attracted to Caps and Virgos
