Help with Need 4 Speed Underground 2?

I had completed 2 sponsorships already and currently has 3 cars in my garage. Now, I'm just cruising around with no competitons, no events, no sponsor offers except for occasional drafting with other cars. I'm wondering how can I go to the next stages? And lots of streets are still closed.

    Check your messages to make sure you're not forgetting to do something. Have you beaten the game? If you have, there's really nothing more after that.

    Double check, if theres nothing on the map, i think you have to raise up the star level of your ride by adding better parts. im not sure though, havent played that game in awhile

    look on the map . then look for a yellow circle
