ok i get numbness in my right arm and pain in the fingers on my right had when i sleep on my left side. why?

i sleep on my stomach or my left arm never on my right arm, but every night my whole right arm goes numb from the shoulder all the way down to my fingers and two of my fingers feel like they are broken for about 10 minutes after i get up to get rid of the numbness i dont have any clue whats wrong

See your health care provider as soon as possible (neurologist). Why not numbness on the left side and pain? There is most likely reflects a pinched nerve in your neck. Ask your doctor about being evaluated for disorders such as disk disease or arthritis of the neck, both of which are usually treatable with exercise, drugs, or as a last resort, surgery.And good luck.
