Can you translate the following into proper German (Hochdeutsch)?
This is a sample of what the native-speakers of this region consider to be German.
Er frägt mich, ob ich gehe dohin mit ihm.
Er hat gedenkt, dass ich habe einen Kuchen gebackt.
Wir gehen picnicen, weil das Wetter ist nett.
I've honestly had arguments with people here who insist that frägt, gebackt, picnicen and gedenkt are Hochdeutsch. You might want to mind the word order when you translate. Dependent clauses are ALL treated like an independent clause with regards to verb placement by the native-speakers here.
The first proper translation gets the 10 points.

Here it is in "normal" Hochdeutsch:
Er fragt mich, ob ich mit ihm dahin gehe.
or even better: Er fragte mich, ob ich mit ihm dahin gehen wurde.
Er hat gedacht, dass ich einen Kuchen gebacken habe.
Wir gehen picknicken, weil das Wetter gut ist.
Why have all the other people just translated it into English??

It asks to go with me, what am I doin with it, It thought, I baked a cake. We go picnic' n, because the weather is nice.
Screwy Deutsch-German language. Its a mixture of choppy dialect that is nearly impossible to latch onto unless someone sits down and physically slaps it into you, good luck though.
