Things such as those are alliterations. Alliterations are the repetition of initial sounds in neighboring words. So when two or more words next to each other share the same first sound they are alliterations. Alliteration are often used to create a consistent pattern, catching the mind's eye and focusing attention. For example:

    Twilight Town

Twilight begins with the sound 't', as well as Town.

Words such as 'night' and 'knight' also work because they start with the same sound.

    Hope that this helped!!
