Las Vegas "to do" list - What should I put on my list?

So my sister and me are going to Vegas in 3 weeks. We're staying at the Bellagio for the weekend. What are the things to do in Vegas, where are the places to be? And what's avoidable/waste of time/waste of money/etc? Also, how much spending money is enough for the weekend, including food and drinks?

With just a weekend, you won't be able to take it all in.

I recommend you try to book a show in advance, perhaps blue man group, or one of the Cirq de Solei shows for one of the nights (but tickets may be tough to get/sold out with 3 weeks to go).

It's going to be HOT temperature-wise, so plan accordingly. Light cotton clothing, drink plenty of fluids, wear a hat, and sunscreen if you're going to be walking around during the day.

Do check out the Bellagio Water/light show at night.

Check out www.lasvegas.com for tips and do web searches on las vegas - there are many, many choices out there.

You can eat on the cheap or spend a ton of cash on meals and drinks - it's totally up to you. There are also websites for cheap or less expensive places to eat there. Generally ritzy casinos have more expensive resturants, but that's not always the case.

Websearch "cheap food in las vegas".

Here is one link that has some good sounding selections for 2 for under $25. http://govegas.about.com/od/cehapeatinginlv/a/25fo...

Drinks are free if you're gambling (but you won't get top notch drinks from the cocktail waitresses roving the casinos either). Depending on which casino/bar you're at, the prices can be really good or super expensive.

One bit advice - if this your first visit, sign up for slot cards at casinos and see if they have any special coupon deals. These can includ free casino or match play, meal and/or drink deals, etc. I scored big time at Planet Hollywood last year with two buddies - we won nearly ever bet made using their match play coupons on black jack and they had a once a day "slot pull" - I won free tickets to their show "Stomp".

    Have a blast!

You have a short stay, so stick to the Strip hotels in your general vicinity. The Bellagio is beautiful and so it its pool, or rather 6 pools. The Bellagio has the best and most expensive buffet on the Strip and right across the Strip is Paris which has the best breakfast buffet and Planet Hollywood which also has an excellent buffet and it is the best value.

Planet Hollywood also has 115 shops for your browsing pleasure. Bally's is directly across the Strip from Bellagio and is connected to Paris by an tunnel.

You may want to see "O" the Cirque du Soeil show at the Bellagio but purchase your tickets now. They are hard to get once you are there. It is a pretty amazing show. My wife advises you bring something to throw over your shoulders while in the casinos, restaurants and shows because they over air condition them.

    Good Luck!

I am so blissful you requested this query. Quran is an excessively targeted guide. You need to learn it within the context that it used to be discovered in. That is the intent it used to be discovered over 23 years rather of simply at some point. Muslims might come upon a drawback and Allah will ship down a method to this drawback. Before this Aya used to be discovered Muslims weren't allowed to battle in any respect. Not even in self safeguard. They had been forcefully pushed clear of their residences, there estate stolen, they had been confused and oppressed. But the didn’t reply. In this verse they're now being given permission to protect themselves. Read the verse cautiously. The first line says “Fight within the motive of Allah people who battle you however don't transgress limits; for Allah loveth now not transgressors. It is apparent English, battle people who battle you and don't move any barriers. The leisure of the verses refers to ‘THEY” those who're combating you. I don’t see how this means killing non-Muslims. Now permit me provide you an instance of this being adopted through the American Army. America will get attacked through terrorists. What do they do? They fly to Afghanistan, kill someone related to this assault. I am now not pronouncing that that is fallacious however that is what they did. Are there movements now not in conformity with this verse despite the fact that they aren't Muslims. They did this to hinder any long term assaults on America and make an instance of people who did. Isn’t this only for survival.

Here is a site for must see and to dos. This site also has great tips for first time visitors on the helpful tips page.

They suggest $100 to $250 per person per day. It all depends on how you spend money. Budget per day and stick to the budget.
