I am currently using that exact cage, and I have three Parakeets in it. They do great, I have also used the same cage for three Lovebirds and they did great as well.

The size is excellent. The roof shaped area can be a nuisance but if you locate some toys hanging from there it would work well. Perches are better set each side of the cage not running across like they are at the top. Put those ones lower down and leave the one running across as the higher up perch. Very good price too.

Thats about the best parakeet cage you can get in your price range. Contrary to popular beleif, parakeets like longer cages rather than taller ones. It allows them to fly from side to side and stretch there wings.
Have fun with you birdies!

attempt separate cages first. shop the cages close together so as that they are in a position to word one yet another from the protection and protection of their very own cages. this would enable them to get to renowned one yet another. each so often the parakeets, as small as they are, could be territorial. the two species are comparable in length, so i do no longer see a drawing close risk to the two occasion, yet separation is optimal in the beginning up. in maximum cases, you are able to desire to make specific they do no longer transmit an ailment to a minimum of one yet another. Then, in the event that they seem to take to a minimum of one yet another, "together as decrease than supervision via you", then attempt and notice how they paintings together for short classes of time. each so often some birds, no remember how great, could be extremely aggressive, you do no longer % to threat any accidents. yet i does no longer attempt and placed all of them together and need for the perfect, you're risking plenty. perfect of success! green cheeked conures make great companions if spoiled wisely. -Tanya
