If it is direct it will be about 11-12 hours. If it is not direct it will be about 14 hours.

It depends on where you're starting from and where you end up in Italy. Whether or not you have a direct flight also affects the overall travel time a lot. From Munich to Verona, near where I live in Italy, it takes about an hour. When I'm coming back from Washington DC, it's 10 to 16 hours depending on the connections. From my US home in Denver, it's 13 to 20 hours including layovers. From Washington to Rome would be 8 hr 32 minutes on a direct flight.

    I'm going to say,from N.Y. to Naples,4 hour's. I crossed the Atlantic 7 time's,but I was in the Navy then,& it took longer. A C-130 isn't as fast as a Boeing 747.

Well, when i left for Europe last summer, we went to Paris first then down to Italy, but since its really close, its probably about the same length more or less. From Seattle, (where i live) it took about oh, 9 hours. long, i know, but at least you get a really good meal and a couple of snacks.
