I use to have a ride on lawn tractor. I never had a problem with driving it on the streets (on the side on the street) And no the lawn mower is not the same as a tractor.......On a side note redneckrickem on yourtube he lost his drivers license. So he Just bought a ride on tractor so he could get a around. I hope this is of any help.

Some states require a license on agricultural equipment, don't know if Ct. is one of them. If it is a family owned piece of equipment , there is not likely to be an age limit. No, lawn mowers are not considered tractors.
