is it against yahoo answer rules to post links to weird sites(please read more)?
OK i know it's ok to post links for citations, but i keep seeing the constant spammers and the computer section saying stuff like,
this can can solve your problem go to mediafire.com/.....
and the just post that for every question. they might be trying to sell a product or it could be a scam. i would like to report these links if it's against the rules

To know for sure, you should click on the link and see the site. 99 times out of 100 it is a "site which is commercial in nature" ( that is from the Y!A Community Guidelines on how to identify a spammer).
You can always report these answers as spam. Write "spam" in the Additional Details box, altho you don't have to.
Later you will recognize the "writing style" of many of the spammers and you can report them.

Yes, spamming is against the rules. Click the report abuse problem and report them. I report spammers all the time.
