If I buy a used trac phone from someone can I reactivate it?
A friend of mine is going to be putting some of her old trac phones in a yard sale and I was thinking of getting one from her. Question is, if I buy just the phone and the charger can I reactivate it since I wasnt the original owner? Thanks!

Some prepaid cell phones have access codes or even have been placed on lost/stolen lists. It's important to try out the phone first BEFORE YOU BUY IT and then call customer service right away to change all the information from her personal info, to yours. If tracphone offers access codes, put one on.
