Just bought a brand new TI-89 Titanium but unfortunately...?

the calculator's sliding case gets badly stuck. Is this a known problem to this model? Also, is there a remedy for it? Any input is appreciated.

    This sort of thing kinda varies...

    I had a ti 83 plus silver edition that had a really loose case

    You could try bending it a bunch to try to loosen it up, or check out the grooves on the side of the calculator, there might be something stuck there
