I just found out that I'm pregnant. What do I do first?
besides find an ob/gyn. I know I'm definitely keeping the baby. This is my first time and I am super nervous and don't know where to begin.

Congratulations
I have just found out that im pregnant too at the beginning of the week.
After making an appointment with your doctor/midwife you could search for helpful books that can guide you through the pregnancy process. The books will give you useful information and answer any questions you may have that you are perhaps scared to ask someone in person. Have a look on the internet i am sure you will find something.
Good luck with your pregnancy i hope you have a healtyh baby :)

Get a good book, I've been swearing by What to Expect When you're expecting - like so many women before me. But DONT rely on it strictly because it talks about a lot of things that could go wrong.... that won't! It makes every mom to be a little nervous. Get some prenatal vitams - select one with low iron if you find they make you nauseous - Jamieson has a low iron formula, but I use Materna. Normally it's advised that you wait until 12 weeks until you tell anyone - but if something were to happen it would be nice to have the support of close family and friends! Next thing, start planning a nursery, window shop for baby items and maternity clothes, and start reading into the old wives tales to guess whether it's a boy or girl. Oh, and if the "baby daddy" is on the scene, be sure to tell him. The best thing you can do for you and your baby is to be excited about the miracle you're about to experience. Congrats!!!

You should get a prenatal vitamin. Since summer is here you should also increase your water intake. It would also be a good idea to go to the library or a book store and get a book about pregnancy. I like "Your Pregnancy Week by Week". Other then that there isn't a whole lot you have to do right now. Once you hit the end of your 1st trimester or the beginning of your 2nd you can start touring hospitals.

Prenatal vitamins, stock up healthy foods, spinach, milk etc!
How exciting!
Oh and maybe make a doc's appt for a geberal physical. They;ll want bloodwork to see if you are lacking any vitamins and test you for HIV etc...
