Which would be the best way to end a story?
The girl help him get over his multiple personality syndrome (and he help her feel better about how her voice box got destroyed in the same way he developed the multiple personality syndrome) or another way?
I don't want to kill either of them off because it doesn't fit in with the story.

Well if there will be a sequal I would suggest a big climax and leave the reader hanging and wait for the next book because my vampire series I am reading is like that and the next one (I read them all so far) it comes out in NOVEMBER! and it's ending of May!!! Well i would suggest that for a saga or series and if its just a short or one book series maybe ending like a good nice ending like them hanging out going like "You've helped me much..and..you've been such a good friend to me. I really don't deserve this much though. and the girl says " Oh..you're such a good person!" and maybe they kiss or something sweet. I hope I helped!

Hmm... I would think leave the reader hanging, then do a sequel. I love hanging endings only if they have sequels...
