Whats the best disc or product that can let me play japanese import PS 1 games on my PS2?

    There's a disc and lever that you can get off of eBay for about $30-$50 that allows you to play any japanese PS2/PS1 game on your PS2, there are videos on youtube that tell you how to set it up, but I forgot the name of it.
