Every person I know that has died in the past few years has died of cancer. 30 years ago this was a rare thing. Why are more and more people dying from cancer? Most of these people have never smoked and have lived healthy lives!!! Can anyone provide some insight into this???? Ideas?

Fox News likes to make fun of the "mainstream media" but aren't THEY mainstream media too? The FOX networks????

Is it just me....or do you find network primetime television shows BORING and UNINTERESTING?

Various network primetime shows that are on between 8pm and midnight on the major networks such as CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, CW, etc, etc.....

I have never been interested in anything CSI, NCIS, Law and Order, family sitcoms, various reality shows, etc....they all seem low budget and boring. How many different versions of CSI can you make, and do you really find these kinds of shows interesting? Most of the "family sitcoms" on channels such as CBS, ABC, and NBC aren't even funny and die within 6 months!!!

Why do new shows (sitcoms, crime dramas, reality) still keep popping up year after year only to fail....especially when there is so much more to watch nowadays (cable, satellite, internet, etc)

Honestly, why would anyone want to watch these lame, low budget crime dramas and cheap sitcoms when there are hundreds of other channels and shows on cable (I certainly understand some people don't have cable and thats ok)

Am I the only one here or does anyone else feel this way?

I was wondering if I could swap out an Intel Celeron 2.80 GHZ processor in my eMachines PC for a faster 3.33 GHZ Pentium 4? Apparently, as long as they are both socket 478 it will work? Or does the new processor still have to be a "Celeron"

Also, is this just plug and play? Someone advised me that I would have to reformat my hard drive and reinstall XP if I swap out my processor. Is this true? Any information please....thanks!!

I used to watch Glenn Beck, but now his show makes me feel sick and depressed everytime I watch it. Where does he come up with this stuff, seriously? If he was right and everything is a conspiracy against him, why haven't more people come out and backed up his claims? He is racist, delusional, and bashes Obama for a whole hour. Would he even have a TV show and what would he talk about if John McCain had won the election? Would he hate John McCain as well? Glenn Beck does not belong on any "news" channel, he belongs on a religious/conspiracy channel asking for donations. Help me to understand what is going on here....!!!!????

When I am randomly surfing the internet I occasionally get a "forbidden" error message on links or websites I click on that should just pull up another page. Always happens no mater how much I refresh or try again. Is this a security setting inside Chrome I can change or does this happen to you too?

I have heard both ways are both good and bad for your engine. If it's 20 degrees out and snowing, after I start my car up, is it OK to LIGHTLY rev the engine around 1-2 RPM for a couple minutes to warm it up or just let the engine sit and idle for a few minutes....then drive away?

Can I "force" or trick my PC or monitor into a higher resolution setting??? Is this possible and how?

I have a 90's style halogen floor light I have used for a long time. Now it will randomly turn itself off when it gets too hot? It never did this before.....could it be getting too hot and how can I prevent it from turning off? A small glass shield did break off the lightbulb a few years ago and could never be replaced...could that be the problem?

2001 Chrysler Concorde 2.7L

I know these engines have a "sludge" problem, but I have been using Mobil 1 Full Synthetic for the past 10k miles now. It's cleaned the engine out pretty good, but every once in a while when I floor the gas a cloud of dirty smoke (not white or black) comes out of the tailpipe. This only occasionally happens. The engine runs and drives like brand new (100k miles) Is this random cloud of dirty smoke anything to worry about or just the engine "cleaning" itself out when I floor it?

I bought a new western digital 1 TB external hard drive, and when I leave it plugged into my USB port (as I normally should be able to do) my PC wont boot up and just sits at the first BIOS screen. When the hard drive is unplugged, it boots up fine. I already checked the BIOS boot up sequences and settings and they are fine. How can I fix this so my PC will boot up with the external hard drive plugged into it? Thanks mike
