I'm 20 weeks pregnant and that happened to me yesterday after I awoke from a long nap. I saw the wet circle when I went to the bathroom. I then thought maybe when I was sleeping I became to warm and began sweating on my chest or under my breast but then I realized it happened 2 1/2 weeks ago lol
