Paul quoted these scriptures again in Romans 3:10-18. God inspired the bible as a tool and handbook with instructions on how we should live our lives. Scriptures are often repeated and re-quoted as a reminder. This is a reminder about our physical human nature and it's tendencies to go our own selfish way instead of God's. (Romans 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.) We need God's spirit to help us overcome this human nature. (Romans 8:9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.)

Look around you... Violence, murder, war, etc. it is all a result of this human nature gone awry under the influence of satan the devil.

Nothing in the Bible is an accident or is an error. The King James Bible is the true Word of God and not the other "versions". The two Psalms are not entirely the same. There is a whole verse and many phrases which are different.

In the manuscripts the sacred name was used in Psalm 14 while God's more well known name EL was used in Psalm 53. It's thought by some that Psalm 14 was meant to be read privately while 53 was what was meant to be read publicly. That way no one could profane the sacred name if they didn't know what it was.
