Any snapping turtle and/or science experts out there?

I am doing a research project on snapping turtles and i need to know what its niche is. And what organs carry out these life functions; Transport, Excretion, Nutrition, Reproduction and Respiration. So if anyone is good at science and/or snapping turtles please help me. My project is due on Wednesday and I need answers. Thanks Everyone.
