Is this a good exercise plan?
I jog 5 days per week:
On Mondays I jog to McDonalds.
On Tuesdays I jog to Burger King.
On Wednesdays I jog to Pizza Hut.
On Thursdays I jog to Arby's.
On Fridays I jog to Wendy's.
I also power walk to Dairy Queen on Saturdays.
Any ideas why I'm not losing much weight?
