I don't think this a case of whether you want the snake out of your yard or take the station with a grain of salt..thepoint is that these elected officials violated every sacred tenant that this country was founded on.

It's not the darkest hour, perhaps. But it's some of the worst we've seen for sure.
When you combine the influence of the Neoconservatives with the Gonzalez, Addington, Yoo self described as "The War Counsel". I find it amazing that we still have a democracy.

We're could conceivably be in the perverse position of having to thank Al Queda for not actually conducting another terrorist attack against the domestic US, such that these guys were given even further license to do bad things to our constitution.
I think we need to realize that we should elect politicians based on competence and a desire - on their part to uphold the LAW, rather than fetish the constitution as some sort of holy of holies to be circumvented when convenient.
Between the two groups Neoconservatives, Perle, Wolfowitz and legalist thugs like Yoo and Addington, I'd say it would be nice to see some trials and perhaps a long prison sentence or two.

Vincent Bugliosi, a lawyer and a prosecutor, wrote a book called "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder". in it he makes the argument that Bush should be tried for murder and either given a life sentence or executed. He probably should be. He was a very evil man who did more to harm this country than any terrorist could ever hope to, not the least of which was squandering 4 trillion dollars for his paranoia .

I wouldn't bother.Legal or not,I don't really care what they did to a bunch of savages at Gitmo.Just can't get myself all worked up over it,why should I? It's like worrying about how someone gets a snake out of your yard.I don't care what they do,I just want the snake gone.

Bush did what needed to be done, if anything he was too light on those terrorist, those people deserved to be nuked, bush simply made an effort to help them.
If you really think your liberal movie is telling anything true then your wrong.
The darkest age in history is upon us now with obama the terrorist.
You owe your life to Bush.
