well, I contracted a disease from myspace. Shh....it was herpes!

Your mother just doesn't want you to have a myspace, because she's probably heard stories on stupid Dateline or something like that, I bet she honestly doesn't know the first thing about myspace

Honestly, facebook is a lot less kiddy like, but more than likely more of your friends will be using myspace. But myspace is trying to become facebook, and failing....

I have heard that from several people who have said they have gotten multiple viruses from Myspace and your mom just may be right in not letting you get a myspace. I stopped using myspace and switched to Facebook. Perhaps you would like to give that social network a try? Good luck! <><

yes the first time I went on myspace I got a blaster worm that killed a brand new hard drive. I had to replace it again and reprogram the whole computer. so if you get one before you do get a real good anti virus program

It became a plague that became particularly clever and promoted a gay porn internet site. i could no longer restoration it so I had to wipe my difficult force. important PIA. be careful.

there are viruses on myspace but they can not affect your computer only your profile but happens very irregularly
