I like to include both sides of my voice. I would like to sing to make someone happy and relaxed but still impress them with a little bit of extra in my voice. I sing for people all the time so it's not really that hard to bring both sides out of me so i sing to make people relax and be happy but also to impress them.

impressing people using your voice is something reserved for adam lambert types - in everyday life i would prefer a medium tone voice. it makes you seem calm and conversations sound very casual and relaxed. high voices (especially those of cartoonish proportions) are annoying in the long run. besides that, it is easier to reason with people using a relaxing voice than a high one.
