Well, It Doesn't Get Cheaper Than A House Party. Just Use A Docking Station With Your Ipod, Or The DVD Player And Play A Few Hand Made CD'S.
My Advice If You Decide To Have One, Is To Invite Only A Handful Of Friends, People You Can Trust With The House.

a dance party in a hotel with a dj is considered cheap to you? f*** how spoiled are you. how about inviting friends to your house and celebrating it there. its not like its your sweet 16 its just 15 you don't need a flashy party.

Look them up on craigslist, for your specific region. You can even look in the phone book, but odds are, you will find someone cheaper on craigslist.
