How can you not be aware of a tollway? Don't they have them in your country?
If you rented the car you'll have to tell the agency. If you don't you'll have difficulty renting from them in the future.

If it was a rental car, they will eventually find you and ask you to pay the toll plus a $20 fine. Same if it was your car and registered in Texas.
If you are moving here, they will probably figure out who you are, and when you try to get an EZ tag for your own car, they will ask you to pay.
EZ tag violations do not show up as moving violations, and they do NOT issue warrants for your arrest. When they find you, they just ask you to pay.
If the $20/violation is a big deal to you, the EZ tag offices have a EZ tag court to them. You can maybe explain that you are new to the country, and they *might* let you off. They have some flexibility.

Or you might not have to pay at all! I've managed to go through those sensors at least two or three times without being mailed a ticket...

dont freak out, MANY people do it... they will mail ya a ticket, just pay it and your good...
they will send it to the person who owns the car... if the car is in your name and registered to you just make sure u check the mail for the address of license plate!!!

if you accidentally go through it once, it's okay. they won't mail you a ticket for just one violation. i have an eztag and am on there everyday. borrowed my dad's car one time and accidentally went through. never got a ticket.
