Is there a way to download attached .pdf files from email into my I-touch?
I need to have the information in the .pdf files available even when there is no wireless network available to access the email that originally contained them.

I don't know what formats i touch can use but probably download the pdf onto your computer and then add it to itunes or copy it into a txt file or some other file that will work and add to itunes and then sync your itouch.
Find out what kind of word based and text files you can put on an itouch and then copy the pdf into one of those and add to itunes however that is done with word/text based files.
